The Peer Mentor Club is in its second year at Blind Brook UFSD. It was piloted last year in the Middle School and has expanded to the High School. Students volunteer their time to train in the special needs of fellow students and act as Peer Mentors. They help others negotiate the difficulties all students sometimes deal with. The program is known as Social Skills in Our Schools (S.O.S.). Community Service credit is given to Peer Mentors.
