    RESPONSIBILITY AND CHARGE OF THE COMMITTEE


    The District Facilities/Financial Committee serves as an advisory group to District Administration. The facilities committee was convened by the Board to bring together District members who are experts in construction, finance and management to assess how well the District's facilities meet its program, operational and safety standards. When appropriate the Committee may recommend capital and other improvements consistent with the District's program, safety and economic goals as well as consider appropriate financing approaches. 

     


    GENERAL

     

    The Committee shall meet on a monthly basis. Findings and recommendations are to be regularly reported to the Board of Education by the Board liaison.
