Food Services

The Blind Brook School District takes the health and nutrition of its students very seriously. A wellness committee composed of staff and students reviews the food services in Blind Brook, makes recommendations to the Board of Education and creates the district's Wellness Policy.

Meal Assistance

The Blind Brook-Rye Union Free School District does not operate a free and reduced-price lunch program at any of its three schools. However, the District will make exceptions and provide a free lunch to any student whose family has a documented financial need.

If you believe your child needs to receive free meals each school day, please fill out the application and return it to Tiana Truong at ttruong@blindbrook.org.

Please also provide a copy of the latest pay stub for every household member with earnings. If you are a beneficiary of SNAP, you can alternatively submit this documentation.

If you have any questions, please Laurie Baum at 937-3600 x1003.
