Strategic Planning

During the 2021-2022 school year, a team of teachers, administrators, support staff, students, parents and community members worked with a consultant to develop a strategic plan for the District. With input from all constituent groups, the team met to develop a overarching plan for the next five years (2022-2027).

Below you will find the full strategic coherence plan that was developed as well as documents that support and explain the various aspects of the plan.

Districtwide Rubrics for VoG Skills
Rubrics that were created to assess the indicators under each of the five skills listed in the Vision of a Graduate. These rubrics have a districtwide lens.
Districtwide Form for VoG Dispositions
Form for giving feedback on growth of the dispositions from the Vision of a Graduate. This is a district wide form that contains examples of how a student would demonstrate these dispositions.
Districtwide Definition of Deep Learning Alignment with Danielson
This document lists the indicators for each of the eight components of the Definition of Deep Learning. Each indicator is then mapped to specific sub-components in the Danielson rubric which is the rubric that is used as part of our APPR agreement.
