We are encouraging all families to use the Change of Dismissal Form for any changes to their child’s regular dismissal procedure.
Please fill out the Change of Dismissal Form the NIGHT BEFORE so your child can bring it into school and give it to his/her teacher.
If your child has already left for school, please fill out the Change of Dismissal Form, take a photo of it, and email it to Ms. Sol AND Mrs. Shaw. Their emails are firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com.
We would appreciate it if you would notify Mrs. Shaw and Ms. Sol of any changes no later than 10:30 am for the AM Cohort and no later than 2:40 pm for the PM Cohort.
