We are encouraging all families to use the Change of Dismissal Form for any changes to their child’s regular dismissal procedure. 

Please fill out the Change of Dismissal Form the NIGHT BEFORE so your child can bring it into school and give it to his/her teacher.

If your child has already left for school, please fill out the Change of Dismissal Form, take a photo of it, and email it to the BMPRSS Main Office at:   ridgestreetmainoffice@blindbrook.org
