A Message from the Superintendent

Thanksgiving Message

Dear Members of the Blind Brook Community,

The holiday season is upon us once again! This week is the annual celebration of giving thanks for the many gifts that we have received. It is an important tradition as it reminds us to take stock of our lives and appreciate the many good things that we have.

Looking back over the beginning of this school year, I am appreciative of the work that all of the adults in our district did to bring back many of the activities and traditions that were lost during our struggle with COVID. We have had opportunities to come together as a community and celebrate the good work that is going on in our schools.

I am also thankful for all of the effort that has gone into making our students feel safe and welcome. Our administration, faculty and staff have begun the work to provide our students with an environment where everyone feels supported and included. Many parents and community members have reached out to offer their time and energy to help our students.

Thank you for the kindness, caring, dedication and encouragement that you have shown as we started a new school year! I hope that your list of thanks is a long one! Enjoy your time with family and friends!
